Based upon the theory of qi, a form of universal energy, qigong is the integration of physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions that build and promote the flow of qi in the body. Our classes combine traditional Tibetan lineage with experimentation and new techniques, focusing on both internal and external needs, thus creating balance and harmony.

Our sessions emphasize self-healing, personal growth, improving awareness, focus and developing better attitudes. Traditions and belief systems of Tibetan culture are shared in class along with qigong meditation and exercises.

All are welcome! We encourage you to call and arrange a session. If it is a good fit for what you’re looking for try it for at least a month. Like anything this takes work and patience. In one month we can re-evaluate to see if it’s a good match.

Must be given at least 24 hours notice will be given for cancellations by the teacher. Notice is given via email.
Client must give 24 hours notice prior to canceling a scheduled session or will be charged the total fee.
No refunds given for any classes, workshops, sessions or series unless stated otherwise in the description.
Must be paid for in advance unless a payment plan is arranged. Non-refundable deposit required to hold your space. Refunds given if prior notice is given due to illness, injury or tragedy. Student must discuss with Wesley prior to refund request.
